Land Grant Program for Sol Citizens
Each new Citizen of the Sol The "Seedlings" Project is given a certificate to claim a parcel of land (see links above). This parcel does not need to be used and can, if the citizen wishes, be sold on the open market. The going rate for these certificates is 100K GCR's.
The certificate must be redeemed within 36 months, or expires worthless.
