INTRODUCTION

Welcome to UberSpace! UberSpace is a collection of activities all with a Science Fiction theme. These activities include RPG gaming, Board Gaming, Megagaming, Starship Bridge Simulator Video Gaming, Laser Tag, RC Robot Battle Arena and many others. Typically you will likely be only playing one of these today, however, if you’re at one of the larger conventions like Gencon, DragonCon, PAX or Origins, you may have the opportunity to play more than one during the convention itself.   You should think of UberSpace as a type of “World/Universe Setting” and something like a “sandbox”. You, as the player, create a character to interact within the games. You take your character into the various games and activities available at this time and location. The amount of interaction between the character and the game or activity will vary. For example, if you take the character into the Laser-tag arena, maybe you'll end up getting some in-universe currency (Sol-Sector credits) or possibly capture a data-chip that may be useful when interacting with UberSpace in one of the other games.   What adventures you take your character through, is up to you! Shortly, you’ll be given information regarding the universe, your characters location, and a brief backstory as to who your character is within the setting. You can then participate in whatever UberSpace sponsored or affiliate games and activities are available.   The interaction with the games and activities may mix some physical real-life items and in-game digital items together as your personal or groups inventory. Many, if not all, these items will persist between the games and can possibly be used within each of the various games played within the UberSpace Univervise.   In addition to your characters information, you will also be exposed to various information, lore and other narratives about the UberSpace Universe, which will start to paint-a-picture of the in-game environment that your character(s) will be interacting in this, and possibly future, sessions.   Please fill out the PLAYER REGISTRATION form and grab a blank CHARACTER SHEET and wait for further instruction from the facilitator (also referred to as “control”
