The Silver Selkie
A reasonably-priced tavern, and popular with travelers and working class alike as a result. Run by Turipher, a slender, charismatic half-elf with slicked black hair, a well-manicured chinstrap beard, and a tinge of blue in his skin which seems to hint at sea elf blood. He loves Lyrisian and is undyingly faithful to the elf kingdom, but as an outsider who had to fight tooth and nail for everything he’s earned (facing prejudice from the high elf locals along the way), he also has a soft spot for foreigners or half-bloods.
