Thomas Karl Agon was born in Keynsling City, Malistone in 539. He was the only son of the current Right-Hand-Man of the Orion Corporation during the time. Agon was always a very social boy, making friends whenever possible. When Agon turned 25, he was granted a position as a representative for the Orion Corporation. This allowed him to travel across Darnolia, earning lots of fame and reputation.
As years went on, Agon rose up the ranks of the Orion Corporation all the way until the year 569 when he was elected and promoted to become the next Chief Executive.
Employment
Thomas Agon was always a part of the Orion Corporation the moment he was born. His first and current job is working for the Orion Corporation. He currently sits at the highest rank of Chief Executive for the past 3 years.
Intellectual Characteristics
Agon attended the Academy of Martial Talents at age 18. His classes focused on general combat as well as the history and art of combat. He graduated after 5 years with a Master's Degree in History of Warfare.
Morality & Philosophy
Because of the way on how he was raised to become loyal to the corporation, he has ideals that reflect what the Orion Corporation holds. He is quite narcistic and sees all other weapon producers out there as inferior. As with his viewpoints about his employees, he sees the general workers of the corporations as "commodities with emotions." As such, he gives select employees raises to their payments in order to have them stay.
Any worker who wants to quit is required to make an announcement about it within 1 week. Depending on Agon's mood during the announcement as well as the reputation of the worker themselves, he will either allow the worker to quit, reject their request, or "allow" them to quit. The latter situation has Agon send out hitmen to track the worker down to torture them into not leaving or sometimes just straight-up killing them.
