Sorcodia Arms
Structure
Sorcodia Arms has a very informal/nontraditional hierarchy system. There are really only 4 groups:
- Chief of Office
- Secretaries
- Smiths
- Marketers
Culture
The folks who work at Sorcodia Arms take a lot of pride in their work. All of the gunsmiths there must have at least 4 years in general metalwork training and 2 years of apprenticeship before they are fully qualified to truly begin working as an actual gunsmith for Sorcodia Arms.
The work culture is quite strict. Slacking off is considered to be very unacceptable and cutting corners to finish a product is also extremely unacceptable. The workers there are well aware of this and as such, every gunsmith takes a lot of pride in their work and they put a lot of care into their work. Payment is done on a case-by-case scenario. The better the product, the better the pay.
Assets
Sorcodia Arms is the pride of Sorcodia's gunsmithing culture. As such, they sell firearms and firearms accessories. They don't produce firearms at high rates, but still at rates high enough that profits can still be made.
With the introduction of Forza Crystals in 572, Sorcodia has been doing some experimentation with Forza Crystals, allowing their weapons to become stronger than ever.
History
The second oldest weapon company on Tynaria, Sorcodia Arms was formed back in 390 in Sterling City, Sorcodia from the far-off continent of Regalio. Sorcodia Arms started off as a small independent gunsmithing group.
As years went on, the group slowly expanded into a guild and eventually, a full-on government-subsidized company that went nation-wide. In the year 432, Sorcodia Arms went international and profits began to rise even higher.
