Structure
GM is a subset of Thorcester City's Gnomeland Tinkers and Magics store. As such, the ones working for GM also work for Gnomeland. GM's organization mainly comes down to the following:

- Workshop Leaders
- General Workers
Culture
Like Gnomeland itself, GM's work culture is generally quite positive. The gnome workers work very hard and, in return, gain plenty of benefits.
Assets
Gnomish Motors primarily specializes in building Forza engines and, of course, Forza wagons. As such, they require large amounts of steel, ironwood, and Forza Crystals.
