Gillock is a Sorcodian dragonborn man. Born and raised in Sterling City, Gillock always had an affinity with firearms. When he turned 25, he took up the role of Sterling City's enforcer after working for 5 years as a city guard. As enforcer, he likes to make his own judgement calls on what to do with people that disturb the laws of the city. His judgement calls are quick, be it using diplomacy or using a bullet.
