Frigid North
Geography
Here in the Frigid North, the land is in an eternal winter. Snow and ice cover the lands. In the more southern parts of the area, the land is very much like a tundra. However, the further north you go, the more mountains you'll see. Eventually at the very north is a massive mountain range, all covered in snow. However, as far as the people of the continent know, these mountains don't house any really civilizations and if they do, they are definitely not friendly.
Ecosystem
Around the borderlands between civilization and the tundras is where most of the animals exist. Here, dire wolves and winter wolves roam around to search for prey. Beyond the few miles of barely livable land is baron tundra of little to no life.
Some rumors do say that white dragons and frost giants roam the areas beyond the borderlands. Those two beings are the apex predators that are constantly at eachother's necks. Even yetis run with fear at the site of a frost giant or a white dragon.
