Estelia Crafts
Structure
Estelia Crafts works both like a craftsmen guild and a company at the same time. Estelia Crafts doesn't have a vertical hierarchy system, but rather has more of a horizontal hierarchy system. Every blacksmith has one specific role. The roles are, in no particular order:
- Blade Striker
- Furnace Manager
- Quenchers
- Ore Sorter
- Edge Grinder
- Engraver
Culture
The craftsmen of Estelia Crafts is completely made up of elves. Every craftsman takes extreme pride in their trade and will never do anything in their work that may make them seem like their lazy or that they're cutting corners. This extreme passion for their work also gives the craftsman a pretty big superiority complex when compared to other weapon companies. They see themselves as the pride of Estelia and the best model for smiths everywhere.
Assets
Estelia Crafts produce weapons that are tied to the country of which they're named after. These weapons include oriental katanas, yari spears, nodachis, etc. Firearms and non-Estelian styled weapons are not produced by the company.
All weapons produced by Estelia Crafts are very high in quality and aesthetics and as such are very expensive. Their super intricate production process makes it so that they prize quality over quantity every time. In the year 572, the only company that they surpass in production would be Henricko.
History
Estelia Crafts was formed in 252 in Uroki, Estelia. The group consisted of a small team of elven craftsmen. They used to create weapons specifically for the local army, but have later expanded to national and eventually international marketing as the years flew by. Even in the year 572, some of the oldest smiths still work for the company, creating super high quality weapons for the folks that have enough wealth to spare.
