Dragons
Dragons on Tynaria generally follow the same traits that Forgotten Realms dragons have. They are, however, far rarer on Tynaria.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Dragons are giant lizard-like creatures. They have 4 legs, a long neck, a lizard-like head, a long tail, and large wings. Dragons are mostly covered with strong scales of a certain hue with the underside of their bodies being made of strong hide. Variation among traits like horns, spikes, and frills are determined by the color of the dragon.
Biological Traits
Famously, all dragons have a special elemental breath weapon. The element of their breath weapon is determined by their color. Dragons are also innately magical beings, having been creations of Bahamut and Tiamat. Older dragons eventually gain powerful forms of spellcasting.

Dragons reproduce via egg-laying. Dragons only enter mating every few decades and can only begin reproducing once they turn 200.
