The Herald League
The Herald Enclave is an honorable organization made inspired by the visions of The Red Cardinal, who is said to have witnessed the end-times brought about by savage monsters and beasts from the shadows.
Structure
- Red Cardinal - Commander of the Guild, whose identity is kept a secret to the public to avoid their family coming into danger, and to hide their face from spies or assassins. They receive the job orders and demands from both Alliance and Horde territory and distribute the available jobs to their trusted Dragon-Guards.
- Dragon-Guards - Defenders of the Guild Master and the Guild's infrastructure. They act more so as messengers for the Guild Master, job management throughout, maintaining peace within the Guildhalls, and watch over recruits. But the Dragon-Guards are professional Dragon-Slayers, hand-chosen by the Guild Master himself. There can be any number of Dragon-Guards
- Thaumaturgist - A professional in either of the Arcane arts, the Holy Light or any other form of magic; Learning the secrets and weakness of Dragons is the Thaumaturgist's specialty. They are of the same rank as a Dragon-Guard but have their focus on research and magical practice better suited to hunt dragons.
- Dragon-Slayer - The most common rank in the Guild Hall, these members are not only fully certified but now have hands-on experience under their belt. The backbone of the Guild, the Dragon-Slayer accepts the jobs given to them by a Dragon-Guard, regardless if it involved slaying a dragon or helping repairs after an attack. The Dragon-Slayers are seen as the modern hero for the people and are paid lucratively for their help.
- Whelplings - The recruits, those who made it in through recommendations and proof of hard work. Not yet Dragon-Slayers, but on their way to take the certification that will grant them the prestigious rank.
