Bradsburg
A vineyard plantation that had turned into an economically prosperous town near the little hamlet of Goldshire, just outside of the borders of Stormwind . Advertised as Azeroth's largest vineyard plantation, rumors began to circulate that the cause for success is that the seeds used are soaked in Night Elven Moonwell water so that they sprout quickly and yield large bounties of grapes.
The land was gifted to Bradley by Varian Wrynn as a sign of respect and a reward for Bradley's charitable contributions to Stormwind, as well as his part in stopping The Infinite Attacks. This allowed Bradley to operate as an independent, exempted from Stormwind's taxation, as long as Bradsburg remains loyal to the Crown and to the Alliance, as part of the land-grant agreement.
Government
With the population rising increasingly due to the popularity of the Black Stallyon Vineyards and the owner, Bradley "Black Stallyon", no formal government has been formally instated. Bradsburg instead stays under the guise as an independent contracted Vineyard and the grounds for music festivals that happen twice yearly.
There have been heated debates, mostly started by Aldous Lescovar in regards to Bradsburg evading taxation for being outside of Stormwind, as well as harboring tax evaders who have run away from Stormwind to work in Bradsburg for higher pay and lowered taxes. Bradley denies any allegations and vocally assaulted Aldous, thus a new rivalry began to flourish.
Industry & Trade
Merchants come to Bradsburg to work, especially during festival times. Those who set up shop in Bradsburg pays a generous sales tax. Sales for the wine the vineyard produces is used as the primary source of income to allow generous pay and living for employees, as well as for the music festivals.
Infrastructure
In recent years, Bradsburg has become a tourist attraction and a popular place to work a job. If the vineyards were not hiring new workers, merchants who have invested in Bradsburg that began to set up shops would hire help. Bradsburg is home to one of two music festivals held in Azeroth, a Pioneer Guild establishment, and Azeroth's largest Vineyard.

Guilds and Factions
The Pioneers Guild have established a site within Bradsburg to not only create a protective environment for that region of Elwynn Forest, but also for the steady stream of jobs posted by the community for the guild to complete.
