Executioner's Cloak

This elegant cloak, designed to be worn over the shoulders of a military uniform, is as dark as the night sky. It has a silvery lining which seems to catch moonlight even during the brightest day. Though it's a fine piece of fabric at any time, when exposed to the rays of the moon, it attains a preternatural resilience comparable even to metal armor while retaining its flexibility.
