A leading Seraphim from the circle of Netzach. Baraqiel is among the highest-ranking of Elohim, second in power only to the Archangel Haniel. All Angels cast off something in sacrifice in order to attain free will even as Divine Beings. In Baraqiel's case, this seems to have left her emotionless. She is cold, uncaring, but powerful in presence and commanding of voice. These qualities make for an ideal judge of mortalkind.
