Kobou Town

A large town located near the mote that surrounds Tsutsumi City. The town serves as the stopping point before entering the city through it's only bridge. Knowing this the city officials take advantage of anyone passing through with it's extortive taxes for travelling through the city, thus generating great wealth. Population: 793
