Warforged
Beings made of stone, wood and metal, Warforged were constructed by ancient beings that predate current civilizations. They are few and far between and are made in many different ways, though large, soldier models are more common.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Humanoid, with rough facial features similar to humans. Two eyes, a mouth-type orifice. Number of digits on their hands vary but the average is 4. Their underlying musculature is made of wood that can bend more easily, covered by stone, metal, or a mixture of the two. The amount of armored plating also varies between individuals.
Genetics and Reproduction
No known way of reproduction. All known subjects have no knowledge of their creation and no memory of where they were made. Some have memories of a previous life among another civilization, though little knowledge of these "Ancients".
Growth Rate & Stages
All warforged are presumably made fully grown, and are not observed to grow physically throughout their lives.
Additional Information
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Senses similar to a humanoid. They have eyes that are required for perception, as well as a sense of touch. They have a sense of smell and hearing, but no ears or nose. This implies that they re-create this stimuli through some other, most likely magical, means. Taste is unknown, though they have been shown to be able to eat. It is understood they take no nutrients or pleasure from this action.

Naming Traditions
Most still carry the name given to them at creation and know it innately, while others have taken new names and identities over the years.
Gender Ideals
None. Warforged find their gender identities through experimentation and there is no normal for Warforged as a whole. Many fall into the binary that other races may use but they are not confined to this.
Courtship Ideals
Courting is an odd process for Warforged. Since they have no biological need to procreate, relationships are almost entirely based off of personality compatibility rather than aesthetic appearances. This is not to say no Warforged have ever had sex or don't wish to, it is not a compulsion.
History
Many warforged do not know anything of their history, whether through purposeful memory wiping from the people who made them or just by the ravages of time, it is not known. But many warforged have created spaced throughout Lok for themselves and others like them, but they are few and far between.
