Iron Priest
Iron priests, also known as yárneldener, are important figures in the The Iron Faith. They work both as religious leaders in cities and communities and as missionaries for the faith. Lastly, they're also warriors that fight against the monsters of Trollskóg.
Yárnkin
Yárnkin are constructed servants of the iron priests. They are humanoids made of coal. The coal turns and writhes into the humanoid shape, as well as being on fire. This makes the characteristic shape with red hot coal peaking out from behind dark coal rocks. Yárnkin also have a large metal wrap similar to a capelet, with runes and reliefs. Yárnkin don't have a head, but a instead a floating metal ball. Yárnkin are obedient servants and only performs whatever is written on a small metal sheet and inserted into a slit in the chest of the golem (the metal wrap). Once inserted, the golem will perform the written command to the best of their ability. The yárnkin has no mind nor intelligence and can only communicate through simple gestures. Yárnkin live as long as they're fed coal. They turn grey when the coal starts to wear off. and shed ash in the extremities. The coal gradually turns to ash until the golem withers away.Veðskert
The veðskert is the characteristic armor of the iron priests. It consists of a large breast plate, a helmet and lamellar pauldrons. The most characteristic is the skert, a large lamellar apron that almost touches the ground. The skert holds all the weapons and tools of the iron priest and is customized both in function with decorations to fit the iron priest.Operations
