The Order of the Blind Crown
The Order of the Blind Crown is an organization dedicated to tearing down the monarchy. The founder, Grimm Venus, started the organization in 1331 intending to change how the government functions. He believed the monarchy was an unjust and unfair system, and started spreading the word discreetly. Over the years, he's garnered support from people across every nation, using their fear and anger to help get his point across. There are sects in the underground of every major city, including the nations' capitals. His goal is to gain more support and allies before taking proper action. He plans to eventually lead another rebellion, in the same vein as the original people’s rebellion that started the kingdoms in the first place. Today, he still keeps contact with the major sects and factions of the OBC, but he himself is not often seen.
Many law enforcement officials do not condone this anarchistic ideology. Often, the most outspoken members of the OBC are arrested for vandalism and defamation. Due to this, they have also been called the "Criminals Against the Crown" by the general public. Some sects and members have taken this name as an alternative, while others refuse to be called criminals just because their ideas oppose the standard way of life.
The Kingdom leaders are all aware of the Order, but many see them as outcasts just looking to fit in somewhere, or people only looking to cause panic and chaos. None of the monarchs have taken action against these groups, as none of them see the OBC as real threats to power. Certain kingdoms are more wary than others, and have plans in place for the day the Order decides to finally take action.

Public Agenda
The OBC's primary purpose is to someday restructure the nations and their governments to fit their view of how government should be run.
