Condition Trigger Description Treatment
Clean n/a Not addicted to vita-stims. n/a
Regular Use If you are currently Clean and consuming a vita-stim results in your Addiction Point count being 5 or more (or you start your day with 5 points or more), make a Constitution saving throw (DC equals your Addiction Point count). On a failure, this condition replaces the Clean condition. Each day, prior to consuming a vita-stim, you have 1 level of exhaustion on top of any additional levels of exhaustion you have acquired. Consuming a vita-stim removes this level of exhaustion. If your Addiction Count is less than 5, you may make a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 3 x Addiction Point count). On a success, this condition is replaced by the Clean condition.
High Risk Use If you currently have the Regular Use condition and consuming a vita-stim results in your Addiction Point count being 9 or more (or you start your day with 9 points or more), make a Constitution saving throw (DC equals your Addiction Point count). On a failure, this condition replaces the Regular Use condition. Each day, prior to consuming a vita-stim, you have 2 levels of exhaustion on top of any additional levels of exhaustion you have acquired. Consuming a vita-stim removes these 2 levels of exhaustion. If your Addiction Count is less than 9, you may make a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 2 x Addiction Point count). On a success, this condition is replaced by the Regular Use condition.
Dependence If you currently have the High Risk Use and consuming a vita-stim results in your Addiction Point count being 12 or more (or you start your day with 12 points or more), make a Constitution saving throw (DC equals your Addiction Point count). On a failure, this condition replaces the High Risk Use condition. Each day, prior to consuming a vita-stim, you have 3 levels of exhaustion on top of any additional levels of exhaustion you have acquired. Consuming a vita-stim removes these 3 levels of exhaustion. If your Addiction Count is less than 12, you may make a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 2 x Addiction Point count). On a success, this condition is replaced by the High Risk Use condition.
