A Venothrivica brood mother lays eggs up to ten times per year. Eggs require 2-3 weeks before a grub hatches.

A Venothrivica exists as a grub for 2-4 weeks, starting slowly growing larger over time

Dietary Needs and Habits

Also known as "Carrion Crawlers", the Venothrivica are a trapper carnivore species. They will often lure prey using deposits of mucous infused with olifactory and gustatory stimulants that can emulate a wide variety of delicious scents and flavours. Prey creatures will be drawn towards and mesmerized by the simulated flavours of the mucous leaving them wide open for a Venothrivica ambush.
