Councillor Luxley
Known for his continual poise and his ability to connect with citizens of all social classes, Luxley was elected to the Synoro Council by the popular vote of the Ave, artisan, and farmer populations. He highly values hard work and dedication and enjoys mixing slang with his traditionally eloquent speech.

Prior to being elected to Council, Luxley worked an aquaculture farm outside of Synoro's city limits. His children still live on the farm which is currently run by his eldest daughter Spiya and her husband Fer'nand. Luxley's wife, Alena, lives with him in Synoro proper.
