Enhanced Medkit

Sym-Tech Item, rare   This medkit has 10 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to activate one of the following powers from it: cure wounds (1 charge per power level, up to 4th), minor restoration (2 charges), or mass cure wounds (5 charges). When activating the power, use either your power save DC and power use ability modifier or a power save DC of 12 and power use ability modifier of +3, whichever is higher.   The medkit regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the internal mechanisms of the medkit cease to generate new medicinal ingredients and the item deactivates forever.
