A very large city with very low residency. The homeless population here is zero, due to all the available housing.
History
Snowden was once a city full of life and vigor, that was until monsters came in the night and stole their dead right from the grave. Later that same week the returned as metal automatons attacking the citizens and most were forced to abandon the city. The city was abandoned for many years and only about a quarter of the population returned at all.
