First Branch: The Roots of Being
Leaf 1.1 — The First Breath
“In the stillness before dawn, Bimos bent low to the earth.
He breathed upon the waters, and the mists rose.
He breathed upon the soil, and the seeds stirred.
He breathed upon the sky, and the winds awoke.
Thus life began, not in thunder nor flame, but in the gentle breath of harmony.”
Leaf 1.2 — The Seedling’s Cry
“Even the smallest seed reaches for the sun.
So too does the smallest soul reach for meaning.
Neglect neither, for both may yet grow mighty.”
Leaf 1.3 — The River’s Path
“The river does not ask the mountain to bow.
It winds, it turns, it finds its way.
So must mortals learn: strength lies not in conquest, but in the patience to flow.”
Leaf 1.4 — The Equal Soil
“The worm that tills the earth and the king who tills his fields shall both return to the same soil.
From that soil, grass will rise.
From that grass, beasts shall feed.
And from those beasts, the hunter shall eat.
Thus none is greater, none is lesser; all are held by the same ground.”
Leaf 1.5 — The Shadowed Grove
“Light and shadow dance across the forest floor.
Without shadow, no root could take rest.
Without light, no leaf could unfold.
Thus opposites are not foes, but partners in the same song.”
Leaf 1.6 — The Breath of Beasts
“When the stag exhales upon the frost, the air is no different from your own.
Know this: in the chest of every beast beats a rhythm akin to yours, given by the same hand.”
Leaf 1.7 — The Bond Unbroken
“Mortals say, ‘We walk apart from the forest, for we have shaped stone and iron.’
But I tell you: the stone was once mountain, the iron once starfire, and both are of Bimos’s hand.
To tear away is to forget, and to forget is to wither.
Walk not as strangers to the wild, but as children returning home.”
Leaf 1.8 — The Listening Earth
“The earth remembers every step.
Tread with care, for your footprints are prayers the soil does not forget.”
Leaf 1.9 — The Root Beneath All
“Beneath stone, beneath soil, beneath rivers deep, one root stretches unseen.
From it all things draw strength.
This is the hand of Bimos, binding all that was, all that is, all that shall be.”
Second Branch: The Cycle of Growth
Leaf 2.1 — The Turning Wheel
“Spring awakens, Summer ripens, Autumn yields, Winter rests.
As the wheel turns, so too must hearts.
Cling not to one season, for all are needed.”
Leaf 2.2 — The Blossom’s Courage
“The flower blooms though frost may linger.
It does not wait for safety, but trusts the sun will come.
So too must mortals act in faith of brighter days.”
Leaf 2.3 — The Storm’s Lesson
“When the storm breaks the branches, the roots grow deeper.
So it is with the soul: trial strengthens where ease cannot.”
Leaf 2.4 — Of Seed and Ash
“The forest burned to embers, yet from ash the green rose again.
Death is never final where Bimos’s hand guides the cycle.”
Leaf 2.5 — The Patience of Stone
“Rain does not split the mountain in a day, but with a thousand years of touch.
Learn patience, and even stone will yield.”
Leaf 2.6 — The Falling Leaf
“The leaf falls not in sorrow, but in fulfillment.
It feeds the soil, which feeds the tree, which births new leaves.
So too is every ending a gift, not a theft.”
Leaf 2.7 — The Frost’s Embrace
“Do not curse the frost that stills the fields.
It is rest, not ruin.
For every root must sleep before it wakes again.”
Leaf 2.8 — The River Reborn
“Snow melts to river, river runs to sea, sea rises as cloud, cloud falls as rain.
What perishes in one form returns in another.
So too does the soul find many shapes.”
Leaf 2.9 — The Wheel Without End
“When the wheel turns its thousandth time, still it does not halt.
Life is not a line but a circle, and in that circle harmony endures.”
Third Branch: Balance and Stewardship
Leaf 3.1 — The Two Hunters
“One hunter slew until the forest grew silent.
The other took only what was needed, and the forest sang forever.
Choose which song you would hear.”
Leaf 3.2 — The Empty Grove
“He who fells every tree finds no shade when the sun rises.
Take not what you cannot return.”
Leaf 3.3 — The Covenant of Water
“To poison a river is to poison your own blood.
To guard a spring is to guard your children yet unborn.
Thus water is a covenant: betray it, and you betray yourself.”
Leaf 3.4 — The Weight of Greed
“A man filled his storehouse with grain until the walls cracked.
A bird carried one seed and lived.
The burden of plenty is heavier than the gift of enough.”
Leaf 3.5 — The Keeper’s Hand
“The shepherd tends not only his flock, but the grass they eat and the well they drink.
So too must all mortals tend the ground beneath their feet, lest both flock and shepherd starve.”
Leaf 3.6 — The Silent Axe
“The axe that strikes without thanks grows heavy.
The axe that strikes with reverence grows light.
For even tools bear the weight of your intent.”
Leaf 3.7 — The Path of Moderation
“Eat, but do not glut.
Build, but do not scar.
Hunt, but do not scour.
In all things, walk the narrow path, where excess has no root.”
Leaf 3.8 — The Burden of Fire
“Fire warms and fire devours.
The same gift, wielded with care or with folly.
So it is with power: use it for balance, or be consumed by it.”
Leaf 3.9 — The Steward’s Oath
“All who walk upon the earth are stewards, not masters.
Swear this oath with every step:
‘I shall leave the land as full as I found it,
and fuller still if Bimos grants me strength.’”
Fourth Branch: Kinship of All Beings
Leaf 4.1 — The Silent Teacher
“The oak speaks without tongue, yet the patient learn its wisdom.
Listen not only with ears, but with stillness, and all things will teach you.”
Leaf 4.2 — The Song of Wolves
“The wolf hunts not alone, but with kin.
Its strength is not its teeth, but its pack.
So too is the mortal strongest when bound in fellowship.”
Leaf 4.3 — The Flower and the Blade
“The flower bends, the blade stands.
One survives the storm by yielding, the other by cutting.
Both endure, for both were made by Bimos.”
Leaf 4.4 — The Web of Breath
“The breath of man becomes the breath of trees, and the breath of trees becomes the breath of man.
All who breathe are bound in one endless web.”
Leaf 4.5 — The Stranger’s Face
“When you look upon a stranger, see your own reflection.
For every face is carved from the same soil, and every soul warmed by the same sun.”
Leaf 4.6 — The Cry of the Fawn
“The cry of the fawn and the cry of the child are the same.
To turn from one is to abandon both.”
Leaf 4.7 — The Circle of Kin
“Beast and bird, root and river — all are kin.
Do not say ‘mine’ and ‘other,’ for such words sever the circle.
Say only ‘ours,’ and the circle remains unbroken.”
Leaf 4.8 — The Burrow and the Hearth
“The fox’s burrow and the farmer’s hearth are kindled by the same fire of need.
To scorn one is to scorn the other.”
Leaf 4.9 — The Great Family
“All beings are one family: the hawk and the hare, the shepherd and the stone.
Bimos made no orphan, and calls none a stranger.”
Fifth Branch: Harmony and Renewal
Leaf 5.1 — The Garden Restored
“When mortals walk gently, the fields grow green without toil.
When beasts are honored, the hunt leaves none in want.
When waters are guarded, thirst is unknown.
This is the garden as it was meant: a place where all live in plenty.”
Leaf 5.2 — The Circle Completed
“Fear not the last breath, for it is but a return.
The seed does not die when buried, but begins again.
So too do you return, as leaf to root, as drop to river.”
Leaf 5.3 — The Dawn After Night
“Night covers the land, and still dawn comes.
So too shall sorrow pass, and joy rise anew.
Trust in the turning, for Bimos never leaves the wheel unturned.”
Leaf 5.4 — The Broken Branch Healed
“A branch once broken grows again, not as it was, but stronger in its scar.
So too with the soul: every wound, when tended, becomes a place of strength.”
Leaf 5.5 — The Seed Eternal
“In every fruit lies a seed, and in every seed a thousand fruits yet unseen.
So too in every soul lies a thousand lives, yet unwalked.
Thus life is endless, for Bimos hides infinity in the smallest shell.”
Leaf 5.6 — The Song of Renewal
“The forest sings not once, but forever — bud to bloom, bloom to fall, fall to bud.
If you join this song, your spirit shall never fall silent.”
Leaf 5.7 — The Golden Balance
“When all give as much as they take, when none hunger and none waste, when the wolf and the lamb share the same stream — then shall the golden balance be seen, and the world shall shine as Bimos dreamed.”
Leaf 5.8 — The Path of Return
“The wanderer who strays may yet return.
The field left barren may yet grow.
The soul that forgets may yet remember.
There is no path so lost that Bimos cannot guide it home.”
Leaf 5.9 — The Ever-Green
“Winter strips the boughs bare, yet still the evergreen stands.
So too does hope endure, even when all else has fallen.
Hold fast to hope, and you shall never wither.”
