Bud Wrath IF
???: The act of taking the last breath of a life is an act of pure evil. But yet we continue to take, slaughter, and kill. Why is that, why do we continue to cause harm to others? Well the answer is so simple that even a chair who has lived in this grief-stricken world for 4 years could understand.
A man hovered a knife above a woman who had a bloodied white dress covering her body. The woman was frozen like a statue. Everytime the man opened his mouth with his gravelly monotone voice, it would make her chest start to feel a pressure that her body would break in half at any moment.
???: We take to survive. We take to satisfy our needs. But most importantly for me…
The man bends down to be at eye level with the blonde, trembling woman. Tears started to rain from her face as the man shoved a knife in her throat. Blood flew onto the man’s half burned face.
???: …I take to achieve revenge.
Bud’s lips curled into a smile, much planning had to be done to kill Greed but the reward of cutting Greed’s throat was worth it in the end. Bud jumped up, losing his smile and wiping the blood and sweat off of his face. He strutted towards the exit of the place and looked back at the dining hall. Decorations of pure gold filled the hall, now all stained in blood as mutilated corpses of Greed’s old wives and husbands filled the hall. Bud had crashed a wedding that day, Greed was marrying yet another wife and was moments from having the ceremony completed before Bud knocked the door down. Bud sighed,
Bud: Maybe I should’ve waited until they were done, after all weddings are supposed to be a joy filled day.
???: I wouldn’t call the ones getting married very joy filled… Greed forces them to marry them riiiiiight?
A feminine voice called out from behind. Bud looked at her straight in her red eyes and she in return saw the intensity of Bud’s eyes and couldn’t help but feel a chill down her spine and averted her eyes from Bud.
Bud: Thank you for your help Priscilla, couldn’t have done it without you.
Priscilla felt her heart leap with joy getting this compliment from her boss. Bud had truly meant what he said, as she did help snipe every single person attending the wedding. Seeing Priscilla this happy would’ve made Bud think that he should be ecstatic with her only because Priscilla hasn’t really been the same confident, arrogant woman that she once was after the attack on Rimmen. So seeing her cheerful again should’ve made Bud cheerful as well but instead… Bud had only felt hatred towards one person. This proved to Bud once more, that he was a heartless creature.
Priscilla: Don’t think anything about it! I’m in your debt forever when you found me.
