Tarash
A fine grey powder with potent psychedelic properties that may, or may not, help with mild indigestion.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
Provided it is neither a construct nor undead, a creature subjected to a dose of Tarash gains advantage on Intelligence and Wisdom checks, as well as vulnerability to psychic damage, for 1 hour. In addition, any mild digestion problems they may of had are cured.
For each additional dose consumed after the first within 24 hours, the creature must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1d6 hours and suffer the effects of a confusion spell and indigestion for 1 minute times the number of failed Constitution saves due to this effect. If a creature fails 3 or more of these Constitution saving throws within 24 hours, it takes 2 (1d4) poison damage plus 5 (1d10) psychic damage and is incapacitated after 30 minutes until it is no longer poisoned.
