OF CHAINS AND LOCKS
An ache of nothingness threatened the existence of all. The gods of Totius joined forces to combat the destructive force. Knowing that the evil was beyond the understanding of death.
Some, like Thulah the Stoking Flame, forged weapons necessary to interact against the threat. Khasses lead others into battle. Including the storm twins, Ohmnic and Audiux, and even Fezek, the String Tugger. Many deities fell, including Poalessii, Shifter of Life. Thulah swore vengeance, however, it was Dymmuss that locked the maleficence away.
To forever keep the material world safe, Khasses and Dymmuss guard it in the respective forms of the enlightening sun, and an ever present ring coercing its silver moon. Thulah forged magical chains that Ohmnic uses in the form of lightning bolts to consistently maintain a link from their world to the material plane. Ever ready to intercept a possible breach.
