-After initially forfeiting to Reyka's intimidation, Po led her crew to escape the brig of the Siren's Song and fight back, striking down the Ice Heart's crew and besting her with a sleep spell. Reyka however managed to escape after waking leaving only Po and her first mate Rio alive on a sinking ship.   -Stump is brought before Finch and Pigeon as a magical specimen acquired by a few of Finch's scouts. After being freed they come to amiable terms, but are interrupted by the sounds of panic.   -A colossal entity of stone flesh, metallic fur and sky-piercing horns has appeared out of thin air and began to wreak havoc on Sunmen. --Po shows much bravery in charging headfirst into the action much to Rio's chagrin, aids in the artillery with a smart usage of a firework stand, and manages to fit in some pilfering and shenanigans along the way. --After a failed escape attempt, Pidge and Stump join in the assault with their supply of cannons and dreams of glorious colossus climbing displaying similar bravery and ingenuity.   -Along with the setting sun the beast, beaten but not bested, becomes ethereal as its body mirrors the night's starlit sky, and it falls into a slumber. Pidge Po and Stump also find each other at this time as glowing marks appear on their hands the meaning of which is yet to be found.   -Finch stays behind to help get Sunmen back on its feet while the group rushes off to Shenzen village to the south to confer with the resident lore-keeper about the beast they have faced.
