Members of the Wicked Embers Report
General Summary
-The group makes it to the bottom of Shenzen library to find enchanted bookcases, swarms of magic mites, and general chaos and disarray among the circular bookcases.
-After slaying a few magic mites they examine the central fountain and take note of the missing books.
-As this is happening Rio appears chasing after the bandits who have escaped. The party joins him in chasing them out of the library.
--Stump finds them hiding upstairs and after a brief but nearly deadly fight one lays slain by Rio and the other is restrained by the militia members.
-The group decides they need to rest before continuing and take up residence in the common house for the night. Finch joins them to aid in hunting Alotel and to get away from the beast should it awaken again.
-As Po expertly performs reverse magic tricks, Pidge offers to still let Rusty go free if he helps the group, so he leads them into the woods and to the hideout of the Wicked Embers.
--Stump makes Rusty pledge to abandon his lawless ways and the group descends into the caves below.
--Po dispatches the guards with a sleep spell, but is disheartened by their missing 6 of clubs
--Stump silences an injured bandit with his sickle of cycles
--Pidge opens a lockbox with 10g and a coin of Midas
--The group then quickly deals with the remaining bandits with a coordinated assault and prepares to face Alotel.
