Church of the Sea God

When Terra was formed, and its seas began to roll upon its surface there were but one race which inhabited it. The Sea Peoples, who had defended the world from the devils and demons which sought the power upon it. Their king had led them against the monsters for millenia, but as with all beings he soon found that time came to him. As the land began to rise above the sea and the demons grew restless with their desire for power the Sea King gave his life for Elriot to raise a people of the land. The peoples turned to their Prince to guide them, but he had rejected the mantle. He took with him the land peoples who rejected the sea, and took the sea peoples who rejected the ways of the old. With them he sailed the seas taking what he wished and what he had wanted. He had tamed a beast most fowl, and with it he brought terror to the world.   Yet when the gods called upon those to help them, the Prince of Pirates answered their call. He aided the Arbiter against the forces most wicked. When the time came he aided his descendants against the legions determined to destroy his world. And once the world was made anew, he too was made. The Sea Peoples had their King once more.
