Worldembers Submition

The World for this challenge will be Toresta, a world I created for a D&D homebrew game, which uses both WOTC and third party material in its rules, classes, species and so on.

I have review the category tree and organized uncategorized articles, excepting some articles which are meant not to be available to players yet. I have reviews my world page and the heading used for the various page types in my world. I finished up existing articles, or will have them finished by Dec 1. I have made a list of articles I want to complete in December as part of WorldEmber.

Research/Framework for articles

Milton will be based on Ancient Sparta with a smattering of Carthage. (As Toresta is based upon Medieval Venice.) I will use the martial structure of Spartan society as well as their three caste system to flesh out Milton, a rival city state to Toresta.

In the Toresta D&D game Elves are a non-character species (at this point at least) but half-elves, under 2024 rules having the stats of elves and the fey touched feature, are Character Players, Though my game does not have a half-elf PC in it at this time. This is game lore for these species.

Arashiu is an island chain from the background of one of my players. This article will flesh out that location.

Simic Hybrids are from the Guildmasters’ Guide to Ravnica but their lore in Toresta is different than in this MTG spinoff. This gives the lore for that based upon a PC's background.

Goliaths are a major species in Toresta and provide a large part of the working class in this arcane industrial city. This is lore on them.

Toresta's patheon is based on celestial deities, based on the modern 81 constellations. Their major deities are based on the constellation Gemini, named in Toresta Astraios and Noctis, who are also associated with the sun and moon. The Temple District will be an Atlas entry describing the buildings and factions in this district of the city.

Rumas are palaces or mansions located in the Sun Moon District. This is where the wealthy live, particularly the most powerful members of Toresta's Sapphire Journal families.

O. L .E. Y. (Organic Laced Exoskeletal Yrmin) is a player's steel defender. It will get an article in the Arcane Items section of the Magic entry of the Encyclopedia.
