The Regent Kingdom of Ystria
Ystria was once ruled by a powerful righteous Dragon Queen of the same name, Ystria Silverscale . Imperial forces were unable to defeat her, but trapped her illegally under a flag of truce and imprisoned her in some unknown location. Since the rebellion of the Kings, the ruler of Istria has either been a Revolutionary Regent Council or a monarch chosen by pulling a sword from a stone, the Regent King/Regent Queen.
