City of Bones

The City of Bones is an underground settlement in the Seven Ridges Mountains. It is located inside an immense dragon skeleton. Because of the size and condition of the skeleton (some of it is embedded in rock or eroded), not everyone can identify the skeleton as a dragon.   The skeleton extends through the Seven Ridges - it was a very very big dragon. Currently this section is inhabited by goblins under the command of their Glorious Leader. Few creatures other than this goblin tribe know of the City.   From the legend of the Rock of Imandan: Imandan and his son climbed the peaks of the Seven Ridges, following a story about a dragon whose scales had shimmered with all colors until the dragon could bear some unspeakable grief no more and lay down to sleep forever. When the sun rose and set, it was said the the seven ridges glowed with every color imaginable. Imandan wanted to show his son the phenomenon and share his love for the past.
