Frengo Arckengoph

A history loving wizard who owns a magic shop of scrolls, magical weapons and other items one could need to be a spellcaster. He is eccentric half-elf with long grey hair and beard. He was able to open his shop as a franchise owned by the company who also owns Cayxatuvabi's bank. However, after he learned of all the restrictions that come with a franchise he has rebeled against the owners who demand a unreasonable cut of his income. He secretly aids the mafia through Percival however he can, as long as it takes down the bank. He is known amoung his friends as a skilled chronomancer witha magical watch that can turn back the age of things.
