A Crown for Tickles

In 268 AL, after the annual church picnic had ended and the book had been used by the winner, the Royal Book of Exalted Deeds had returned to the vault under the palace. However, upon the mission by the party of A Crown for Tickles, it was found and promptly stolen by the party, meaning that the Royal Book of Exalted Deeds is in the hands of the cat mafia organization, The Litter.
