Buxton-Clive

Buxton-Clive (he/him) is a character played by Darrell (he/him) in Arc 2: The Disappearing Act.  

Description

Buxton-Clive is a Level 4 Path of the Totem Warrior (Bear) Barbarian, Level 3 College of Swords Bard multiclass. They are an earth Genasi.   He’s a 6’3” man with a strong but lean muscular build. He has dark brown skin, purple hair and a handlebar mustache. He wears a jester’s collar, a cowboy hat, shorts, and cowboy boots. He also has an assortment of eyebrow and ear piercings. He also is covered in colorful body paint.   Buxton-Clive is nothing if not a diva. He needs to be the center of attention and hates sharing the spotlight. However he also needs people to like him so he’ll pretend to be nice and kind and likable to the best of his ability in public but behind closed doors, he’s a bit of a shithead.  

Backstory

Buxton-Clive, also known as “The Toughest Clown Alive,” was a part of a traveling circus for most of his life before he started adventuring, along with his human father and his earth genasi mother, who he idolized. His mother was the “Toughest Clown Alive” before Buxton until she sustained career ending injuries while performing. Buxton would then take up the mantle and her costume and perform for many years before joining the Genasi Adventurer’s guild.

• Darrell has made a heroforge of Buxton-Clive seen here.
• All of Buxton’s piercings are clip ons because he’s actually quite afraid of needles and reflexively hardens when he sees them.
• Buxton is, has been, and will always be a momma’s boy.
• Buxton is an earth genasi but he looks mostly like a human, but when he’s in a pinch he can harden his skin making himself more durable and appear like he is made of stone.
