The Southsea Swashbucklers' Guild
"Swashbucklers? Do you swash buckles, or buckle swashes?"Based in the Baron of Southsea in Everflame, the Swashbucklers' Guild is a loose organisation of sailors, mercenaries, and mages who offer services of protection from pirates to ships heading out to sea. Founded in 2053 ANG, the guild proved to be a lucrative business, spreading throughout Southsea and inspiring many copycat organisations in other countries. During the Second Arcane War, the guild thrived, offering mercenary services to Everian battleships and protection from both sides to private vessels. The Guild numbers around 15,000 in membership across Southsea, including administrative staff and salespeople. It is led by a group of four representatives, one from each major port city in Southsea.
