Family Folk
Those who live under the aegis of the Elvenblood families are known as the Family Folk, and are a rather mixed lot. Among these peoples are found not only elves and half-elves, but Dragonborn, Orcs, Halflings, Gnomes, Dwarves, and even the occasional somewhat stranger race. Bound by a culture of community and ties of family, the Family Folk tend towards displays of inclusivity and neophilia, driven by their shared love of stories. To visitors, such a culture may seem strange, but if you're willing to spin them a tale of your life and homeland, you'll find that you always have a place to stay.
However, the Family Folk's most famous flaw is their loyalty and trust. Nothing can turn a community against you as quickly as threatening one of their own, and should a bad leader get into power few are willing to take a stand. To them, the thought of seeking the assistance of a third party is antithetical. The Family Folk may welcome those who wish to join their Families, but they believe those who are not part of the community can never truly understand well enough to hold a worthy opinion.
