Rock Lake is a self-contained underground ecosystem that was discovered during a period of expansion. The dwarves were delighted to have found such a vibrant underground oasis, while the elves feel their intrusion into this hidden seed is obscene. Few elves settle in Brewhaven, and those that do always end up in Rock Lake.
