Alleren
Scourge of the Drow, The Sword in the Dark
Alleren used to be a normal elven warrior before he became a god. During the siege of Sundawn he led the defense of the Citadel against the besieging Mogriannirel. When Jysyoss and the fellow apostate gods were banished to the Abyss he led a sortie seeking to break the siege. He ended up fighting Gherlin, the son of Aglinna and a demon. This fight ended with him banishing Gherlin to the Abyss with a high cost. His body was shattered and he lay dying. When he finally died, he was welcomed in Latiran by the Ellesentiri and awarded with a rank among them.
He fell in love with Vindrianne and married her. However, this newfound happiness did not last long. Over time the drow deities began granting spells to their followers again and the drow raids to the surface became increasingly more violent. After the massacre of entire city, Alleren resolved to do one thing: hunt down the drow and their gods until they were no more so that the Elves can live free from this threat.

Tenets of Faith
Alleren's clerics and paladins often are elves who had personal experiences with the drow and turn to him because he offers them the chance of retribution. Alleren asks only one thing of his followers: to dedicate their lives to the destruction of the drow and the ruination of their plans.
Divine Goals & Aspirations
Alleren seeks to destroy all the drow and their deities with it. This single goal has fully absorbed his attention and he has little patience for things unrelated to this.

Contacts & Relations
Alleren has no time for the scheming of other gods and spends a lot of time either alone or with his wife Vindrianne. He respects Kellaran greatly and considers him his second father. When Alleren needs to be reigned in, only Kellaran or Vindrianne are capable of doing so. He counts the rest of the Ellesentiri among his allies, though distances himself from most of them (the elven deity of hunting and balance Vasondaral is the exception to this). He sees the other non-evil Underdark deities as possible allies as well and has good ties to Buldup, a gnome deity who sees it as his duty to protect the Svirfnebli and Jennlen, a dwarven warrior goddess. He is always quick to help them as he feels it helps furthering his own plans as well. Though Alleren mainly associates with goodly deities, he has no qualms about working with evil deities if it helps him.
Family Ties
Alleren is married to Vindrianne. Thus Kellaran is his father-in-law and Ilyena his mother-in-law.
Alleren deeply loves Vindrianne and is willing to do everything for her, except ending his quest as he thinks it is necessary to eradicate the drow deities to protect her. This protective feeling has only increased when Vindrianne started living among the evil drow deities in order to give the goodly drow a safe resort. Although he thinks her approach to the problem is naive, he respects her decision and lets himself be steered by it at times.
