She's a skilled mage, politician and public speaker. Her private life should not factor into the conversation.Faralda Pallinee is the Izim of Northern Razdelin and twin sister to Serana Pallinee. A full-blooded Elf, Faralda is tall with black hair and a thin build. She has a slightly imposing look and deeply tanned skin... she is near identical to her sister apart from their body types (Serana has a more tough, athletic build). Faralda has ruled northern Razdelin for the last 300 years and, during her time, has established The Oracanium as a new source of knowledge that is shared across Thysia as well as encouraging a greater sense of scholarly work and appreciation for the arcane across Razdelin. Faralda also has an excellent relationship with Paradosia, specifically building a strong relationship with The Ilustraie Family to the point that have been rumours of a proposed engagement between Faralda and a member of the Ilustraie family recently emerging. This came as good news to the public as details of Faralda's private life have been a source of gossip for years, something that Paradosians and the people of Anotheros excel in doing, and so much of this gossip has been put to bed due to her alleged engagement.

Faralda is a skilled mage (8th level wizard school of divination), who was taught by Head Orcanist Jacqsel Darwel and other members of The Oracanium.
Specialized Equipment
Faralda's Soul Arm is the second half of the Pall Bearer. a former greataxe that split in two and became two powerful war axes for each of the Pallinee twins.
Faralda is not especially skilled with her soul Arm in combat but does use it as an arcane focus for her spellcasting which is always a rather spectacular display.
