The Regulars
The Regulars, are those of the general population that are called up one out of five years to serve the standing army. Many members were previously, or are currently serving the Alawar Watch, and many more are those who were unable to join one of the fighting forces.
The main reason for this is that it keeps the population of the country fit and healthy and ready to stand against any outsiders that may one-day invade. The other is that it keeps those that would get into trouble, out of it by providing an outlet for the occasional case of adverse rage.
