Joshua Morgannan
As the first Emperor of Alagaria, Joshua was the one to found the City of Light and bring the disparate rulers to the negotiating table in order to bring lasting peace to the region. A King in his own right, he has used his political savvy to cajole, threaten, and barter his way into leading the lands into a united front against the common threat of all lands; Dragons.
Joshua is seen as a humble man. He is known to listen to his people and do whatever he can to fix the problems that plague society. When problems are unfixable, he is known for his diplomatic skills in negotiating alternatives, and mediating middle grounds upon which to stand.
