Gerald hails from the distant streets of Rinamu City, on the distant shores of the Drifting Sea. He has a thick Rinamuan accent and as such, while he definitely has a last name, it's very difficult to tell what it is.Rumours
"Do you understand what he said? I mean, his accent is so thick. No, seriously, did you understand him?"
"Have you tried the red? Well, I haven't, but my friend's cousin was drunk off it for three days."

Wine Merchant
In Minaka Vale, there aren't any wine merchants, so many of their wines are imported from Rinamu City on the other side of the Drifting Sea. The journey across 200 miles of saltwater takes several days and can be difficult at points.
There are those who say that good wine is ruined after such a journey. Others, who are better at marketing, say it is merely enhanced and stimulated by the adventure.
