A low-density world, most of it is untamed wilderness. The vast majority of the population are nomadic hunter-gatherers. A single continent the size of Australia is part of the City, and even there people are scarce and settlements spread out. Worked metal is banned on the planet, since it interferes with local magic and presents a danger to the numerous fey that make the land home.
