The council that decides the law and rules on disputes nationwide. Seated in the capitol of Glimwidu. Presided over by Mekil Blithiz on ordinary matters, by Makhti Derwos on extraordinary matters. Served by law-speakers who have the entire corpus of law memorized. (Written law is rarely referenced.)
