Rovinca

Following the shattering of the old city during the 3rd Arrival the assets and settlements that were on the southern side of the break, now on the continent that would later be called the Spirelands, found themselves isolated from much of their former supply lines, not to mention the destruction of their homes, and with the change in geography they were forced to adapt. Eventually they became an independent trading town, still focused on community but now working more in the fields and fishing in the sea. The warring states took a toll on them, but eventually the Courtlands contingent sent ships south to find them. Once they did, finding a settlement called Rovinca, they opened trade with the new forces of the land, supplying a people calling themselves the Mitraq Empire with weaponry and goods. The settlement may have Thorn Syndicate members within, but ultimately works as an independent body due to its distance from Porto Radica.
