Yalta is a small gnomish nation in the Crescent Mountains and the valley inside the crescent. Yalta is a confederation of a few semi-independent gnomish cities. The Yaltan cities have a good relationship with the tribes of Saratov because they supply them with the well-crafted weapons and armor that helped them win their fight against the Empire of Zhekov.
