Raktar

A Suon general of Ooblar who served mostly during the Tebburus Unification War. 

They were mostly seen in public, outside of the military wearing some fairly thick clothing, Raktar having used to the uniform that he was meant to wear on duty, even giving him some sense of comfort. Raktar was not very charismatic, and often very stern and professional at almost all times, even off duty. This has caused some people to dislike him but despite this had an intense interest in the military and its war vehicles. Initially, Raktar was going to manufacture these war vehicles for Ooblar but he instead ended up as a commander. In fact, they almost tried to take a similar path as Tarlox and become a War-Engineer, though he had far less success than Tarlox himself.

Raktar was, notably, one of the most skilled generals of Ooblar and as such has seen a lot of action. Unlike Tarlox, Raktar would prefer to remain well behind allied lines, safe within a command post. However, they turned out to be one of the most famous commanders of the unification war. 

Raktar was entrusted with an entire front which was up against Tarlox's forces. At this point in the war, both nations occupied relatively equal amounts of resources and population, so the war was initially very evenly matched. Raktar initially had an upper hand as they were fighting more aggressively, but Tarlox took note of this, He realised that Raktar was trying to expand too quickly, so Tarlox deployed a number of Subterrenes within his own territory and shut them down as Ooblaran forces expanded into the land above it. The subterrenes would come back on and destroy any anti subterranean weapons they could find making use of the element of surprise, and became almost impossible to remove from behind enemy lines. Ooblaran avenues of retreat were blocked and supply lines almost completely annihilated, and Tarlox quickly took the upper hand. At the time, Takanal was present on a different front but supported Tarlox's forces through its significant air wings.

Raktar made it a very difficult fight for Tarlox, but enemy forces were expanding enough to make the difference in the war and Ooblar's options were beginning to run out. They eventually landed on Ooblar itself. One day, Raktar received a report saying that one of his forces killed Tarlox by firing an antimatter missile at his command vehicle, and Raktar immediately received the highest honor of the Ooblaran military, as did the pilots of the helicopter that fired the antimatter missile. Although this was a great revelation, at this point Tastein has already expanded too much for Ooblar to make any counterattacks and the fate of the war was obvious to all. 

During the battle of Kragos, Raktar was killed by a Tasteinian infantry squad.
