Pacirian

An ethnicity of Suons from the underwater nation of Paciri, on planet Tebburus.   Pacirians almost entirely have the Water Gene. Although they are near direct descendants of the Flaybian ethnicity, they develoepd their own cultures and body colours. They have a purple skin colour and blue bioluminesecnce. Also, they do have some smaller islands that they have managed to occupy. These are used to house the few suons without the water gene that they do have. Because of this, the islands have a low population despite being well developed.   Though located on the other side of the map from Tastein, it is actually quite close as the planet wraps around that point. They have been attacked by Tastein several times, as well as by other nearby superpowers. This has only happened in the fusion era as the nation did not exist beforehand. They fought off combined assaults from all of these nations and even managed to launch counterattacks using their very adept underwater ability. As Eprus has invented new weapons designed to target Pacirian infrastructure deep beneath the waves from orbit, all was seemingly lost. Tetron also invaded wanting part of Pacirian territory, and destroyed much of the spacecraft. This allowed them to fight back against the 2 major powers on either side of them.   Both nations learned from this, later launching more asaults. In this next, later war, Tetron and Eprus have managed to cooperarte to a much better degree, and Paciri was defeated. The territory was split almost evenly with Eprus gaining 3 fifths of the territory and Tetron gaining about 2 fifths. Of course, these 2 nations went back to war almost immediately after. With the area of Paciri now becoming home to many naval battles, the Pacirian people has rebelled, leaving many miltary assets of both nations damaged or even destroyed. Battles were still fought around Paciri, but many military resources have been diverted to other fronts.   Though more or less oppressed by the 2 nations that have controleld them for years, but they would later fare much worse when Ooblar invaded both Eprus and Tetron. The oppression got worse and the population rebelled again to no avail. Very late in the unificatino war, Tastein invaded Ooblar. Though the people were conquered once more, Tastein allowed them much more freedom, so the Pacirians were willing to help Tastein in the final battle...
